The views, cleanliness, beautiful terrace, beautiful tableware and very kind hosts that have put an extra effort to make their guests feel very welcome. Island is very close to Ålesund, with beautiful white sand beaches 3 min drive away where you can rent kite surfing equipment and other things. There are 2 showers, many bedrooms, a grill and bikes available for disposal 😊 We wish we could stay longer!

The accommodation was perfect for our weekend stay. It had everything we needed including electric vehicle charging and the beds were very comfy. The view from the balcony was amazing and it was lovely to eat out there.

Me and my parents stayed for a night at the large apartment on the top floor and I have nothing but good things to say of our short but lovely stay. The apartment is well located in the historic city center and 2 blocks away from a parking. Communication was easy and getting the keys too. The apartment itself is incredibly charming, with vintage furniture and beautiful wallpaper, the beds were also confortable. Everything was also very clean and organized.

This place was exceptional. It was incredibly clean, and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great, providing easy access to local attractions. The view was stunning, but what truly made our experience memorable was the host. He met us at the airport, gave us valuable tips about the area, and even provided transportation back. When our child had an earache, he immediately brought us medicine and offered his help. We’ve never encountered such attentive hospitality before. We will definitely recommend this place to everyone. Truly a perfect stay!

We are family of 4 with elderly and young kid. Christian has been the best host ever. The room was prepared in the top standard, it was super clean. Everything looks brand new. Every touch of the details show caring which really makes us feel at home. Personalised welcome card, toys, guest manual, travel info, just to name a few. There was gift provided for my 4 year old daughter, variety of snakes, full fridge of food, drink and ice cream for the guests. Christian was super nice and helped us booking taxi to city, also offering to drop our luggage to the airport on the last day so we are luggage free to explore the city on our check out day until our 7pm flight. It was 100% exceeding my expectation of accommodation. The service is even better than a 5 start hotel. I couldn't recommend it more. Please do not miss this fantastic host and accommodation if you are ever happen in Alesund.

Very good value for money. Excellent alternative to the high city prices, while remaining within walking distance of the ferry, bus, center... Perfect for a few unpretentious nights. Everything is new and very well thought out, a great job. Three bedrooms share a bathroom/toilet + toilet, kitchen, washing machine, dryer. Everything is provided. Thank you again, very nice work.
