This is such a lovely place. Before we arrived the owner sent us fantastic instructions on how to get there. The room had everything we needed. It was super clean. Immaculate, everything was in perfect condition, it is very comfortable and a nice large room. Perfect location on the beach and everything close by. Super helpful staff. Beautifully cared for bar and pool area . Highly recommended.

This boutique hotel is beautiful. very tranquil and relaxing. We had the pool to ourself most of the time. The rooms were large and clean with a view out to the sea. Very friendly staff and hotel safe and secure.

Reception staff were very friendly and offered us a welcome drink. Breakfast was SUPERB! The best out of the 4 hotels we stayed in. Gorgeous location right on the beach. We had a stunning sea view room.

I really enjoyed my stay in this lovely little hotel. The double room has a lot of day light, nice view and a direct access to a rooftop terrace with a chill zone. Everyone working here is very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast (either Nica or pancakes with fruit) and a generous dose of coffee made my mornings here even more enjoyable. Walking distance 15min to the centre or to the bus station to take a bus to Las Peñitas beach. I absolutely recommend this place to everyone staying in Leon.

Loved this place! Pretty courtyard style layout, nice pool, good restaurant, tastefully decorated with personal touches. Very nice, attentive and flexible staff and owners, super clean, excellent service. Warm welcome from staff, owners are personable and very flexible re: extending dates of stay, changing to room with King bed. Staff and owners are always willing to help and answer questions. I liked that the rooms had names and symbols instead of numbers. Nice that guests are invited to leave their sliding door open during the day as it's a secure, family-like atmosphere. Newly renovated rooms. Attractive bathroom design. Great location. Sociable, lively and homey vibe, yet also private space. A cool oasis with the greenery and pool. I had an excellent stay. Highly recommended!

excellent location right at the beach, very quiet but a few really good local restaurants and bars just next door in easy walking distance, as well as small shops. Good size room and kayaks for rent at fair price.

This place is beautiful: Small paradise right next to Leon! Only 20min away (car) from The Beach (Pacific Ocean). The Cabanas are nice (No AC but with aeration). The regular rooms are super comfortable (+ AC !) Staff is incredible ; we Loved every minute of our 2 days stay. Breakfast is very good (not much variety of choice but food is fresh and delicious). Last : 40 minutes from Chichigalpa (if you want to visit the Flor de Cana Factory - Rum).
