Great location, 24hrs reception. The room and the bed were clean and comfortable with dark blinds. the staff is so kind and helpful. They assisted me with everything, from food recommendations to helping me book my onward travels. They also have the best prices in town from my experience. Definitely recommended.

The staff here really go above and beyond to help you out with whatever you need. We were headed to Malawi and needed some visas printed, some bus’ organised and some money exchanged. The helpful staff were able to help us with all of this and more. We arrived very early on check in day and not only were they able to get us in our room by 9:30am but also gave us an extra free breakfast.

Comfortable cottages with a view of the Zambezi. Some lovely birds in the garden. Breakfast opens very early which is helpful when travelling
