I came on a solo trip to the Maldives and stayed 4 days in Bougan Villea retreat. I felt so welcome and taken care of throughout. The inn is new so everything is clean and in great condition. The local beach is currently under reclamation but the bikini beach is just a 3 minute walk away. The beach there is beautiful with a truly amazing house reef. I snorkelled there about 8 times in the 4 days and I saw pufferfish, squid/calamari, sharks, and even caught glimpse of a manta coming to the reef. A special thanks to Anwar from the resort, who personally brought me snorkelling to show me the good spots. He also brought me to see the night feeding of nurse sharks, and took me on a motorcycle ride around the island on my last night. As a guests, I was able to borrow snorkel equipment for free, as well as the stand up paddleboard. The highlight of my trip was paying to go out to swim with the Manta Rays, an experience I will never forget. They were huge and majestic, and it was just magical. Although the island is not big, I’m thankful for the 4 days at this lovely place.

We were extremely satisfied with the accommodation Aquatic. It exceeded our expectations not only with the room facilities but also with the approach of the manager Arey. From the beginning of the reservation until our departure, the accommodation manager was available to us. When we wanted to know something, he was always happy to advise us. This is how I imagine the manager's approach to guests. Very pleasant and helpful people. The room was large enough. We always had a bottle of water in the room. Clean accommodation with an excellent location on the island. It took us about a minute to get everywhere. A minute to breakfast, a minute to the shop, a minute to the beach. We felt very comfortable there. I definitely recommend it. One of our most beautiful holidays in the Maldives.

Excellent service! The staff, specifically Imma was very friendly, extremely kind and very helpful, and made our stay comfortable. Clean rooms and a great location. Highly recommend! I really liked this place. One could feel the care on the part of the staff and the interest in clients having a good time. The hotel was very welcoming and listened to all your needs. The staff is wonderful, and special thanks to the chef for the huge portions of delicious fish that we ate every day. Also thanks to the chef for the evening of national dishes. It felt like you were in a circle of friends, perhaps thanks to the other residents of the hotel. It was also the first time I remembered the names of all the hotel staff.;)) Tip: be sure to take sunscreen with you, as it is not always available in stores on the island. In the first days, do not go to the "picnic" island )) And, if you have time, then take a ride on a public ferry, where you can admire the beauty of the ocean and see dolphins. My only regret is that I only took it once during the trip. Overall, I recommend it 100%; for me it turned out to be better than other five-star hotels (I won’t name names). If you are young and love to explore the culture and cuisine of other countries, then this is definitely the place for you. And in general, book, I think you won’t regret it.

Simply put, we had a wonderful stay. The hotel is probably the best you can get in Mathiveri. It is brand new, with very nice, bright, well equipped, and clean rooms. The personnel did their best to make our stay great. The included breakfast was excellent, with plenty of quality food. Dinner can be also served at the hotel, and it was delicious (offers wider selection, but we focused mainly on grilled reef fish). Good restaurants nearby. The hotel has a convenient location, too. The 3 minutes’ walk to the bikini beach (which is amazing!) through a very nice forest path (that offers protection from sun burns). Highly recommended.

It was a great experience. We was with 2 baby girls under 2 years. The staff was helpful- Anna guest relations was always in touch with us and help us with all administrative questions. We even spoke with one of owners Giovanna she was kind with us and very nice. We lived in water villa and it was amazing. The coral reef was perfect we even saw the manta near our villa. All island Nika is beautiful green , and very clean. We will be back with the pleasure. Thank you
