The host was exceptional. I had passport issues and the lady helped me get to a number of different embassies, and also drove me outn of hours back to the airport when my airline changed flight. Outstanding service. Note that there are no facilities onsite, so come equipped.

It has a perfect location. It is very cosy and makes you feel at home. We did not expect much because the hostel was just added to booking.com. But it really exceeded our expectations. Great location! Short walk to city center, museums, mall, and really short walk to restaurants or a convenience store. The host was great! She made sure I had clear directions to get to and into the apartment and made sure I had everything I needed. The apartment was well suited for the week I was there including a washer for clothes.

The host helped us for the transfert from/to the airport for a fare price. He expected us in front of the apartment at the very late hour we've arrived. And the check-out was very easy and smooth. The taxi, both times was very punctual and the driver very kind and friendly. The location is great - 2km radius are the main sightseeing points from the city. A lot of small and big supermarkets, restaurants, shopping, in the area. Very warm apartment.

Impeccable location, very close to the Sukhbataar Square. Facilities are clean and well kept. They offer airport pick up and tour also. It has made my solo trip to Mongolia feels safe and smooth. Every cabin is equipped with lamp, electric plug, and curtains. Wifi works well.
