Came there for a second time now and in last 5 years, Hristjan has done an amazing job improving the property adding a huge kitchen and laundry room, also a new gathering room is there! Rooms are very huge and have lot of storage space. I like the rustic style of the house. It really makes you feel the 20th century lifestyle.

The apartmant was very clean and comfortable, perfect for 2 people. The best thing was that the Apartment is in the centre of the city and everything was very close. In the near were supermarkets, cafes and Clothing Shops. Under the hotel is a big Restaurant with amazing Macedonian food. There was also free parking from the Apartment. We are very satisfied from our stay.

Easy to find place. Checkin was smooth. There is Cafe Hill on the ground floor of the same property where they coordinate for key pickup and return. Brand new building. Huge room and big balcony. Nice view of the street. Center Prilep is around 5 mins walk. 2 separate single beds with comfortable mattress pillows and blankets. Kitchen is there but not hot plate or microwave. Strong AC and mini fridge. Hot water kettle, tea coffee, cups bowls and plates provided. Unfortunately a quiet street street so no restaurants or markets near by. And for those complaining about the bright EXIT sign read what happened in Kocani in March 2025. It's illegal to shut off that light for your OWN safety.

Solar Resident was spotless and perfect, a true gem! Our host was incredibly kind and beautiful, making us feel at home. Friends who've traveled across the Balkans said this was the best stay, better than Niksic, Ohrid, Bjelo Polje, or Kotor. If we return for another Judo tournament with our kids, I’d recommend this place 100 out of 100 times, no doubt!
