Srimal and his family were so friendly and helpful. They showed me where everything was and how it all worked. This is an amazing guesthouse, very nicely decorated and clean, and the price is fantastic. I had the whole villa to myself, but it would be great for a family or two couples. Dodanduwa Beach is only a short walk away and Hikkaduwa is very accessible by Tuk tuk, cab or bus. I liked it so much I stayed an extra night and would use agin if in the area.

We have had the most wonderful stay in Villa Wonrich. The villa is beautiful, well-equipped, ancient type interior and outdoor ambiance and was a perfect setup for our families. Urban Galle Villa is undeniably one of the best accommodations I have ever been in Sri Lanka, and surely the best one in Galle. It‘s owned by a very kind family, and you feel immediately like home there! Everything was squeaky clean, and the breakfast delicious! A new resort, in a central location. The room was very quiet, considering it's near the main road. Host is super kind. There is a motorbike parking area, free water and tea, lounge to rest, and the balconies are awesome.

Super nice staff, modern rooms and hotel design, very clean rooms, great breakfast - prepared with a lot of care & with local flavour. Location is also good, few minutes walking from the beach and in a quiet little area surrounded by nature.

Location is perfect. The only hotel in the beach, there is no one a couple of kilometers each side. For comparison, if you go to Unawatuna you will see the difference, the very negative one. Service. The staff is very nice. Restaurant food is gorgeous. Have compared it with the best restaurants in Galle. Beach and view from the balcony are very nice.
