The suite itself was spacious, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home — perfect for both relaxation and extended stays. The staff were truly the highlight of our stay. Every team member we interacted with was warm, professional, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. A special shout-out to Duty Manager Steven, who was absolutely outstanding — always available, incredibly helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure our stay was flawless. His attention to detail and willingness to assist at any hour really stood out. Breakfast was excellent every morning — fresh, well-prepared, and replenished quickly when anything ran out. The staff handling the breakfast service were accommodating and happy to meet any special requests, which made mornings that much more enjoyable. The resort’s facilities were also top-notch. One of the most convenient features was the complimentary shuttle bus to Village Market, which made getting around effortless. It's little touches like this that really elevate the guest experience.
