Very nice traditionell Japanese Hotel with super Onsen. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Free drinks and even a free late night Soba was included. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was perfect.

The house is small but very cute with all amenities available. Only one shower for men and one for women but since there are not many rooms, it wasn’t a problem. Several toilets. Cute little terrace in our room as well. The host was very nice and accommodating. Free parking.

Free bikes were always available and a really nice way to move around the city. Lovely atmosphere as on my last night there was a spontaneous jam session as the musically talented staff dug out all kinds of instruments and we sang and played together some evergreens, thank you for that! <3 Free laundry was useful Clean rooms and spacious cubicles with hangers, hooks, and room to lay out your stuff

The most pleasant stay during the whole trip. The room is BIG and clean. The boss and staff are very friendly and willing to help~ Breakfast is yammy. The coffee and tea are great! The accommodation provides pick-up to Matsumoto station, which made our journey very convenient. Next time I come to this city, this accommodation will be my first choice.

The communication with the host was great, really helpful! The L-Base area has a really nice vibe and atmosphere. The appartment was clean and new. Perfect place to stay!

Our stay at Raicho was just fantastic, thanks to the super friendly and professional staff members and the increadible cozy guest house (the fire place was just soo relaxing). The staff was highly attentive and booked dinner reservations, shuttled us to the dinner places or also bus stops and was always on top of what we were planning to do (e.g. when we planned to rent out mountain bikes, the staff already had prepared everything in the morning on the day we went for the ride). Many thanks to the whole Raicho team making our 3 night stay a highlight of our Japan trip!
