Staff were super friendly and the breakfasts were amazing and too. Really comfortable room. We also loved having space to relax in (even though we only used it for a cuppa on the first evening, as we were so busy!), As well as a kitchen to get fresh water and store some things in the fridge The most delightful spot to stay - Umm Qais is just amazing!

I had an amazing stay at Hassan's apartment! Located in a peaceful neighborhood, it offers spacious rooms and a spotless bathroom with provided shower gel and shampoo. Our stay in Rousan House was beyond our expectations. During our stay, Mr Sadam treated us like family more than tourists, in which he used to quickly respond to any of our questions or needs. Rousan House would give you that comfortable vibes as your own home would. Despite the fact that Mr Sadam offered this house for renting, the money was his last concern as a traditional noble man that he is. Additionally, Mr Sadam's wife made the most delicious meals for us with THE best price all over Umm Qayis. We highly recommend this House whether for a trip or working.

Ibrahim is an excellent host. His B and B is spotless and comfortable. The air conditioning was cold and the shower water hot. He served me a delicious Jordanian breakfast including local fresh olive oil. The B and B is a ten minute walk from the ruins. To top it off, Ibrahim is the director of the Um Qeis museum, so if you have any questions on the history of the site right up to the 1980s when he and his family had to move out of the Ottoman village, he is your man. Highly recommended.

The apartment is very cozy and clean. We were so lucky to get a new apartment; at least it looks new. The host was waiting for us when we arrived a little late—a lovely host and apartment. The location is perfect, only 3 minutes by car to the Umm Qais visit center.

We had the privilege the stay in this lovely guest house - perfectly located in a tranquil area, within walking distance from the Gadara sight. It is a well-equiped, nicely decorated, charming small house with a beautiful garden overlooking the village and the hills around. The breakfast was also delicious. But no experience in Umm Qais is complete without Ahmad's highly professional guidance - he is well-known to be the best guide in the area, and there is a reason for his reputation. In a very reasonable arrangement, we have not only managed to learn the formal history of the area but also gained insights from someone who actually used to live in the site and later also participated in the preservation efforts. Our stay and the short morning tour with Ahmad in the site was truly a highlight of our entire trip in Jordan.
