During our vacation we stayed in four different hotels, and this one was by far the best in terms of price, quality, and service. The room was spacious and perfectly clean — even under the bed there wasn’t a single speck of dust, which is quite rare. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, so we never had to open the windows (important, as there are mosquitoes outside). Our room faced the parking lot, so it was absolutely quiet; even on the road side the noise was barely noticeable with the windows closed. Special thanks to the owner, Gabriel — very attentive and helpful. Twice he came to our rescue: once when we accidentally locked our key card inside the room, he arrived at 10 pm to open the door. And upon check-out, when we forgot a bag, he kindly sent it to us. Huge thanks for that! Breakfasts were the best among all the hotels we stayed in: besides croissants and coffee, there were various types of cold cuts, several kinds of delicious cheese, and yogurts. The selection was great, and we always left the table full and satisfied. Everything was simply perfect: cleanliness, food, and hospitality. Highly recommended!

The property itself is stunning! The staff were super friendly and couldn’t do more for us. The location was great as the train station was literally at the end of the drive and it only takes 20 minutes to get to Venice.

everything was perfect. unfortunately is not possible to give them higher score than 10, they deserved more than 10. on first place communication before we came was perfect, they sent all details by WA, available 24/7 for any help or support . very kind and friendly, I felt like I had known them for a long time. also when you enter in apartment you will find croissant, snacks, water, coffee espresso , tea (all free of charge ) maybe this is small things but showing that they care. anytime you can ask from them if you need more water, or espresso etc you can use laundry room to wash your clothes if you need. big room, all is very clean, perfect location, there is all necessary kitchen things , you can prepare whatever you want there , beautiful garden and free parking in the yard of the house. for us the most important experience was their kindness, dedication to guests, desire to make a difference compared to others. you will find also on table all printed information for restaurant with description , for ice cream shops, bakery etc. we did not plan to go there in Noale, but due to some unexpected weather conditions we go there. perfect location to stay in sweet small Italian town and in 30min you can be in Padova or Venice and visit all what you want and came back and enjoy in small Italian town and have rest .

A very nice resort a short drive away from Venice centre but at the same time completely in the midst of nowhere. We really enjoyed getting back to this oasis after a day in the city.
