It was perfect! We couldn't have asked for more. Having been to Sardinia a few times now, I tell you that it's extremely rare that you'll come across such a nice property (at this price point). The location is 30 minutes away from the main beaches in the southwest and from Cagliari. The property is very well equipped with everything you need : cutlery, cookery, salt pepper, oil , kitchen towels, dishwasher & washing machine (not like other places we've been where you need to buy literally everything). The mattress was extremely comfortable (if you've been to Sardinia before, you might know the struggle to find a good bed to sleep in - this is perfect, and I'm a very picky person); there is AC in every room , everything is clean and modern. You have full privacy in the patio and access to a barbecue and outside shower & sink (we didn't make use of these, but there are there for you). If you are looking for a quiet place (no noisy neighbours), this is the place to go - although the main bedroom window faces the street and you can hear cars passing by, it's not noisy as it's not a main road and not very busy (again, I'm very sensitive to noises and it didn't bothered me at all). The host is lovely, very welcoming, and friendly; she even landed us her beach umbrella as we didn't want to buy one just for 3 days we were there - which made such a big difference for us. Also, she made sure we had some cold water in the fridge when we arrived, as well as some beverages (juice & beer) ... this is such a nice gesture, and it goes to show they care. I highly recommend this place , it ticked all the boxes for us , 100% we'll be coming back here next time.

we stayed in the apartment casa vacanze sea&sun- family, two adults and two children 4 and 7 years old. the apartment is great! fully equipped and more. considering that we arrived in sardinia by plane, the equipment of the apartment made our stay extremely easy. the apartment has a dishwasher, washing machine, enough towels, everything clean and tidy. it even has two umbrellas and a small beach chair. there is also a great shop coop nearby with everything you might need on vacation. a few minutes down the street is the beach, it is beautiful but compared to the other beaches we visited it is still a little less attractive. the location is great for touring the city, and the beach... secured parking, quiet neighborhood. the hosts are great and available! you won't go wrong if you choose this apartment!

Silvia the host and she immediately made us feel welcome. On the day of arrival she messaged us with all the details we would need for our stay here. Then throughout the stay she was always available to answer any questions we had. The property itself is really nice it had a good size swimming pool, a breakfast room with continental style breakfast available in the morning and a water machine and coffee machine for use throughout the rest of the day. The room was clean and was cleaned every other day to a very high standard. Location wise it is about a 20 min drive to the nearest beach and about a 3-5 min drive to the nearest shop which sold a good selection of food and drink. It was about a 25-30 min drive into Caligari centre. Overall we were very happy with our stay here, so much so we are thinking of coming back again in the near future. As many of the other reviews state it has a very relaxed, warm and homely feel to it. I would definitely recommend!

Fabrizio’s B&B was spotless, peaceful, and perfectly located just outside Cagliari. The bed was super comfortable, and breakfast was amazing—prosciutto, melon, eggs, café, fresh bread, croissants—he’ll happily get whatever you need! Fabrizio was so kind and helpful throughout our stay. Renting a car made it easy to explore nearby beaches. We loved every minute and would absolutely return!
