The breakfast was great... lots of yummy homemade cakes lovingly baked by the grandmother. The dinner was perfect... the hotel has a restaurant with delicious food and wine! There is a lovely swimming pool but I didn't get a chance to to test it due to lack of time (and probably a little cool the weather at this time!) The hotel is located high up above the lovely Fonti del Clitumno, right in the midst of nature with beautiful views and peace! It is also close to Spoleto and Trevi, two lovely hilltop towns worth visiting! The hotel welcomes you with open arms, at whatever time you arrive! Alessandro and his mother are the perfect hosts. Nothing is too much trouble for them!

like an old estate, beautiful building and surroundings. Large room and comfortable big bed, amazing view from room and some interesting art work. Stylish bathroom and a good hot shower for weary bones after hiking all day. Tasty freshly prepared breakfast in a lovely room. The host is a lovely man who took a small group to a neighbour who cooked a very nice dinner for us which we ate under the chestnut tree. It was at a very reasonable price and especially the truffle toast was delicious. I would have stayed another night but finally the weather is better and I was keen to get to Assisi without getting drenched.

The host was incredibly helpful with the check-in process. The apartment itself was very comfortable and spacious. It had two bathrooms and a lovely little garden. The cleanliness was impeccable. The kitchen was also well-equipped.

Perfect location to explore Umbria, max 1 hour by car to each city and attractions. The countryside around the property is really beautiful. The owners are super nice, cordial and lovely people, we talked like friends during breakfast. They also give suggestions on where to go, what to explore and so on. The breakfast is with homemade meals and it gives you the authentic Italian experience. The room was clean, and spacious, with attention to the details, it exceeded our expectations.
