Friendly staff and very helpful. They really catered for our needs, especially since we are travelling with a 1 year old.

The hotel it’s really modern and stylish, you need to stop by the restaurant for dinner it’s amazing!

We spent 5 days at Villa Patrizia and would certainly do it again. We liked the size of the room, the comfortable beds, the fridge, the view from the rooms, the efficient WiFI and air conditioning, the quiet neighbourhood, the breakfast buffet (with Patrizia’s excellent tortilla). And above all we enjoyed the exchanges with Roberto from the moment we booked until the moment we left. Roberto and Patrizia are the perfect hosts, always available for a chat and willing to help (transfer from the train station,taxi booking,restaurant or visit recommendations…). If you come by car there is a closed parking area with even a charger for electrical cars. We hesitated to rent a car for our stay and finally didn’t, the taxi driver arranged by Patrizia was reliable and cheap. Commuting to Pompei,Herculaneum or Napoli was easy, people are very friendly in that region.

The hosts were fantastic and very kind and helpful (even guiding us for finding the right train times and helping us get to the station!). The breakfasts are incredible and more than enough to help you survive a long day looking at ruins. The place was very clean, and tastefully decorated. The location is about a 20m walk from the train, and about 15m walk from the ruins.

This house is spacious and very good value for money it’s located in a quiet (secured) area and during the night private security drives 5 times along the house. The house has everything you need, with 2 (new) bed rooms and a nice shower. Private parking on own property. Everything was exceptional clean, and our host Nunzia also owns another location nearby B&B Bellatrix in Portici with very good reviews. She was very lovely and her mom was also with her and both provided great information about the area. We directly experienced Napolitano hospitality and felt directly at home. Also opposite the house live other family members and from time to time an older lady asked if everything was “tutto bene” and if we needed anything more. The hospitality we experienced was in the small details. Like for example: one day we were tired, and because the location of the house was a bit hard to explain in English to (many) pizzerias nearby (+many here don’t speak English well), Nunzia offered to order pizza for us. We just only needed to whatsapp what we wanted and it was delivered within 20 minutes. Although she didn’t speak English, with the microfoon function in Google translate we had a short talk the moments we saw each other. However most of the conversations happened via WhatsApp and anytime we had a question or needed assistance she texted back within 15 minutes. Because the house is a bit uphill you have a great sea view especially on bright sunny days. After we left the house to our next destination in Amalfi we ran into a challenge. Unfortunately at the very last moment the host in Amalfi had to cancel our booking because the previous guest had damaged his house. We were just 20 minutes nearby the house and it was already evening. And because it was late, I contacted Nunzia what to do, and she offered us to come back since the house was still available and she would wait for us. We did drive back for 1.

Everything was just great.Very cosy and nice apartment. In apartment you get just everything men need. I would just recommend it to everyone.

It was all new and beautiful, there was a fridge full of drinks and a table full of snacks all included for free, and I also got to meet the loveliest host and the most beautiful dog in the world. Perfect location, very lovely experience
