This is an amazing place - the location, the history, and the hosts. Close to everything and a million miles from concerns. Add the fully functioning farm as a backdrop and it's the full package.

The place is super nice, location is good, easy to reach by car. The host was in constant communication with us and help us with everything( also with suggestions during our stay there). The house is very well equiped, the kitchen has all the utilities , plus dishwasher. The heating system works great and the sofa bed in the living room is extremly confortable and brand new. All in all I would say is a great place to spend some time to relax with friends. We were 8 people and we had enough space to sit around and hang.

We had a fantastic stay which exceeded our expectations. The room, bed, facilities, staff and breakfast were all exceptional and we highly recommend this accommodation. The facility is owned and managed by a lovely family who live at an adjacent house and are very hands on and attentive. It is also located on a working farm which adds to the experience - and the best part is that the fresh produce is served at breakfast time.

This place is a Palazzo which was owned by a noble family from the region, and I the new owners kept all its charm and decor, carefully designed each room with great attention to details; in our room named Secret Garden (the rooms are named after the literature masterpieces ) with an amazing terrace with a view to city old brick walls. In the morning we were blown away by breakfast in the room with cosy where we tried locally produced food , the personnel and service were incredible: I felt that peope love their job, their culture and the city.

Wonderful place attached to the Sanctuary. Beautiful wall and ceiling everywhere. Even we speak difference language (by google translate) but all staff willing to help and do not hesitate to serve.
