Chef Felipe's organic cuisine is outstanding - every meal was divine, featuring the freshest local and seasonal ingredients. The rooms are beautifully appointed and the entire property radiates peace and elegance. This is what a boutique hotel should be - intimate, authentic, and unforgettable.
