GReaT trails Yercaud by GRT Hotels far exceeded my expectations, especially after having stayed at other hotels in Yercaud. Sure, it's a bit pricey but it's money well spent for a delightful experience. The staff were amazing and attentive, responding immediately to any feedback, including my comment that the jacuzzi wasn't working (turned out I hadn't turned on the right switch). The room was modern, well-furnished, and comfortable, and had an amazing view. The bed allowed me to have a good night's sleep, and breakfast was satisfying. I was also impressed with the strong Wi-fi network, which was pretty bad during my stays at other Yercaud hotels. I had avoided the hotel in the past because I thought the hotel was too far away from the main town but I was wrong. A brisk walk will get you there in 15-20 minutes. I also liked the little Sky Walk near the restaurant--it's interesting to look down when you're standing on the clear glass parts of the walkway. Overall, a wonderful property with charming staff.

My stay at Casazia was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the impeccable cleanliness and the warm welcome from the staff, who were always ready to assist with a smile. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. While the balcony view was spectacular, the incredibly convenient location, just a short distance from the centre. Overall, I highly recommend Casazia to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Yercaud. It’s a new property and I suggest everyone to try it. It’s value for the money.

Room is good. Location is around 2.5 km from centre. Vehicle to travel is must. No restaurant available. Staff Ram is helpful.

Rooms are clean and excellent. Staffs are much friendly.

The complimentary morning breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. We also appreciated the reliable WiFi, which made it easy to stay connected while still enjoying a peaceful retreat in nature. There was no shortage of activities to keep everyone entertained—table football and carrom board were perfect for some indoor fun, and the kids especially loved playing badminton and cricket in the open space. It’s an ideal spot for families or groups looking to relax and have fun together. Exceptional Caretaker – Made Our Stay Even Better! One of the highlights of our stay at Vamsi's Woodside was the amazing service provided by the caretaker. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. Whether it was setting up the projector, arranging the campfire, or making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, the caretaker was always attentive and proactive. They were also fantastic with the kids, helping them set up games like badminton and cricket, and even joining in at times, which made the experience extra special. It's rare to come across someone so dedicated and genuinely caring. Their presence truly elevated our experience, and we’re grateful for the warmth and hospitality they showed throughout our visit.
