Amazing friendly and attentive staff. The setting is beautiful and the food served by Artjuna is delicious and good value. Huge menu with loads to choose from and breakfasts included in the room we're great. Laundry service was effortless and quick. Room service was brilliant. One of the best places we have ever stayed and I would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful place, fantastic team especially Raveena, Reagan and Utsab from management team and Rahul and Pooja from housekeeping. They all were available all the time to assist. Few maintenance related points are already shared as feedback with them, however these seem negligible compared to the amazing experience we have had. We were in awe of how serene and beautiful everything was and they did fulfill all the requests we have had.

This place is absolutely stunning. A true slice of paradise in Goa. The location is unbeatable, with direct access to one of the most beautiful beaches in the region. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. A very special thank you to Arti, whose warmth and attention made this stay truly unforgettable. Loved the whole experience during our stay at JW Marriott. From the moment we arrived, the welcome from the wonderful hotel staff, our room was made up for early check in, beautifully presented knowing it was our honeymoon with some delicious sweet treats on arrival to welcome us, everything was faultless! The hotel room, facilities, infinity pool, spa, food and drinks offering are all 10/10. Breakfast spread was unreal and the level of service was like nothing we have ever experienced before.

Staff were brilliant. Incredibly friendly and helpful. Charles (owner) helped recommend beach shacks, restaurants, taxis etc. As a solo female traveller I felt really safe and welcome. Also as a bonus, the hotel doesn’t have its own bar but the staff will kindly run to the local shop for you if you wanted a beer or anything. Excellent value for money. I’m so glad I stayed here!!
