From the moment we arrived at the property and were greeted by Yoga we were instantly made to feel at home. I cannot commend the staff enough for their service, they are some of the kindest most well mannered people I have ever come across. They really go above and beyond to make your stay homely; and at no point did I feel like I was staying at a hotel; always felt like I was coming home after a trip of sightseeing and exploring. Facilities and property are beyond amazing, rooms are cleaned throughly and they respect your privacy like none other. Food at the property is also phenomenal. Would give the entire experience a 20 out of 10 if I could! Could not recommend this place enough and will definitely be visiting again. One thing to note also, location is fantastic and within a short walking distance of main ubud city centre.

Nicely decorated, very spacious rooms overlooking greenery of the jungle, scenic views, very well maintained beautiful gardens. The hotel is slightly outside of Ubud without an easy path to the city, in high season it can take 30 mins by car to get to the town due to heavy traffic (free shuttle was never available during our stay). The breakfast and the food in the restaurant was very very delicious, with appropriate prices and nice staff ( a bit more vegan options would be a nice addition).

The staff was so nice! They made sure they accommodated us with all of our requests, regardless of how annoying they were. It was so easy to make requests through WhatsApp. They made sure to clean the villa when we were out, and made sure it wouldn't be disrupting us.

What a property. They have 2 pools, the infinity pool is amazing. Very pleasant stay. Close to Ubud center. Loved the stay.

So far it was our best stay in Ubud. We were living in the heart of center, but still didn't hear any noises from the street. The food from HerbLibrary was a masterpiece - breakfast, which is included was one of the best which we had. The service was amazing, people helped with everything. We are highly recomending!
