I had a truly wonderful time. The family is absolutely lovely, warm, kind, and always willing to help. The food was incredibly delicious and freshly prepared, using local ingredients, every meal felt nourishing and made with love. The location is a bit remote, but still within reasonable distance from the beach and local shops. If you're looking to immerse yourself in a peaceful, rural lifestyle and connect with the local community, this is the perfect place. It's not about luxury or modern comforts, so if you're expecting hot showers and hotel-style amenities, it may not be for you. But if you're open to something different and authentic, you’ll love it here. Overall, an unforgettable experience that gave me a genuine taste of local farming life. The two bungalows were very nicely made, clean and comfortable. The owner was very friendly, we could even leave our bicycles there while we hiked the Rinjani. We had a wonderfull stay and would totally recommend it to everyone who is passing through Selong. There is also the possibility to organize hikes and other activities through the owner.

Fathul is probably the nicest host we have ever met. He was super helpful with organizing trips and experiencing local customs, showed us around in the garden and he makes a killer breakfast. The rooms are new and therefore clean and located in the middle of the rice fields. We highly recommend.

The accommodation is tastefully decorated and well finished. All the furnishings and fittings are high quality. There was attention to detail in its construction. The apartment is cosy and feels like you could be anywhere in the world. The grounds are well kept, and the location is peaceful. The staff were helpful and professional.

The most wonderful family run this homestay. At the moment there is only one room, but they are building another one, although they stop building work when guests are there to make sure guests have a peaceful stay. Don’t think I’ve ever met people more genuine, kind and welcoming than Egik and Ika. We had some problems at a nearby stay and Egik came and picked us up and brought us to Stay Together. The walk to the room through rice fields and chickens is very peaceful, yet the room is so luxurious. Very comfortable bed, good ceiling fan, great shower pressure and hot water. They also offer tours. The food Ika cooks is probably the best we’ve had in Indonesia. Incredible curries and satay. Also good breakfast and lots of fresh local fruit which is a really kind touch. Their three children are also very sweet and friendly. Would definitely return if going back to Tetebatu! Thank you for the amazing stay!

the location is amazing, the bungalows are located in the middle of the Tete Batu forrest. The staff is amazing, very sweet, they make the food in-house and make you feel part of the family. They bring you the food directly to the bungalow after ordering it through whatsapp. Very good local food at a very reasonable price.

I have never wrote a reveiw before but this place deserves it!!! Dira bungalows was amazing. The owner Majidi (eddy) and all of his family were so so kind and they make you feel as part of their family. The room was lovely and so was the food. The surroundings are amazing, its set in the middle of rice fields.I had a health issue while staying and they called out the best doctor in Lombok to take me to hospital were i was treated better than in my own country. I cannot explain how gratefull i am. His wife and sons were so kind and even prepared food at nearly midnight because i was hungry. His son Max is such a nice person and is now a personal friend of mine, they invite you to eat, drink sing and play music all night long with them. An amazing place with amazing people. I 100% recommend it and will return.
