The villas are spacious, well appointed and immaculate, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the pool area is stunning. We really got the sense that the owners (and architects!) of the hotel have worked to create accommodation that allows you to feel at home while you visit Kefalonia. The owners made us feel very welcome and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The included breakfast was amazing and had a perfect selection for everyone’s tastes. FYI - There’s no dedicated parking at the hotel but plenty of parking on the street directly outside.

Paradise..We were lucky enough to be the first ever people to stay in the villa. The wow factor when we arrived and was met by the owner was amazing. The villa, the amazing infinity pool and sea view was breath taking. Everything was brand new (obviously) and the level of comfort was outstanding from the living area to the bedrooms and bed linen. Quality sun beds around the pool were perfect. The owner put some drinks in the fridge, beer, wine fruit juice and water which was very well received as it was 34'c when we arrived. I have absolutely no negatives from our stay..... if you are looking for a little bit of paradise, 3 mins drive to the nearest beach and privacy this is the perfect place. Thank you and see you again next year!!!!

The property was beautiful, well equipped with wonderful views. The beach was a very short drive away, you do need a car if you’re staying here. The beach had 2 tavernas we loved Athios Preview, the best food, best service and so reasonable. The hosts had everything catered for including a comprehensive guide in the property. Towels, cleaning service.

We stayed for a week at Bee’s Knee Retreat and the villa is simply great: good living space, amenities within 5mn drive, swimming pool and the gem is a secluded sandy cove 5mn walk from the house where we enjoyed blue sea, fishes and crabing (although one has to be patient to find the crabs, they are there) Owner is also very helpful to make the stay fantastic. Of course to visit the island you do need a car and make sure you rent small cars as the island’s roads are narrows. Great stay planning to come back soon.

Everything you could possibly need and more. We were 2 families of 5 and the villa suited every need…location, comfort and relaxing by the pool. The host Lambros was very lovely and nothing was an issue. I hope we can visit again!!

The property is located on a hill in a small picturesque village called Spartia. The view is absolutely wonderful, towards vineyards, olive groves, cypresses, towards the hills that descend vertiginously towards the sea. Far from the busy streets, here we truly enjoyed the peace, interrupted only by the wonderful songs of the birds. Our villa was equipped with everything we needed, washing machine, dishwasher, hob, electric oven and microwave, kettle, coffee maker, iron, hairdryer etc. The property has a tennis court, swimming pool and playground, lawns with impeccable grass, which our children enjoyed very much. The owner is a discreet guy, who respected our privacy, but always ensured the cleanliness of the rooms and our comfort. Everywhere, in every corner of the property you can see the effort he puts in to keep everything in an exemplary order and cleanliness. It was a great pleasure for us to stay here, thank you Mr. Vaghelis!

The location was lovely, quiet and pretty. The nearest restaurant and supermarket was about 15 minutes walk away, mainly along quiet tracks. The hosts, Niko and Gabi were extremely polite, friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and they were attentive to any needs we may have had, thank you so much. We went to about half a dozen nearby restaurants and all served good food, friendly and reasonable, prices; perhaps Espirides shading it for best with delicious desserts.
