Everything was great, food spa, property. The hotel manager was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our experience exceptional. They were undoubtedly the best hotel manager we encountered.

Gennadi Grand Resort offers a perfect blend of relaxation and fun. The private beach area was pristine, ideal for unwinding under the sun. The hot tub provided a serene escape, while the children's playground kept the little ones entertained. With impeccable service and a range of amenities, this resort truly exceeded our expectations.

The location is great, we love this place! For people who value privacy and nature. The house has absolutely everything you need, for cooking, playing, resting etc. Especially good for families with children. The Gennadi pebble beach has the cleanest water, the Glistra sandy beach is only 14.4 km from villa and of course Prasonisi beach is about 25 minutes with car away. We highly recommend this villa to all not depending on the age!

We stayed at Villa Mamma Mia for the first time in June 2023. We liked it so much that a week after we arrived home, we decided to place another booking for this year. So, this was our second visit to this wonderful place. The villa is situated on a hill, offering a stunning view of the village below and the sea. The breeze is pleasant and keeps the villa cool, even on hot days, though it can be a bit windy at times. We especially enjoyed the pool, which the kids absolutely loved. We like that the villa is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of the village, not directly in the middle of a typically noisy Greek neighborhood. But it is only a 12-minute walk to the village center, where many nice tavernas and highly rated restaurants are located. Although the villa has a decent kitchen and everything needed for preparing a nice dinner (there is even a grill on the terrace), we ate out every evening. Before and after visiting the restaurants, it is nice to enjoy the atmosphere of the small but lively central square of the village, where there is a nice grocery store, a store with fresh fruits and vegetables, and a bakery where you can buy delicious pastries, Greek desserts, and ice until midnight. Our first visit to the villa last year was just a couple of weeks before the catastrophic wildfires on Rhodes started. Watching the news and seeing familiar places in flames was disturbing. When we returned this year, we were a bit apprehensive about how significant the fire damage might be. Fortunately, the villa survived without damage, although traces of the fire are visible around the villa and in many other places in the area. Yes, there are trees and bushes burned and without any green leaves, but it is clear that nature is coming back to life. And hey, it's much easier to see the herd of deer walking around the villa before dawn when there aren't too many green trees! And I have to admit, there are plenty of deer.

Amazing place and wonderful complex! The staff was excellent, and the rooms were spacious, beautiful, and spotlessly clean. The location is truly special – miles of beach and the complex right across from the sea. The hotel even has its own private beach area, where we enjoyed our coffee. We had a fantastic time! Thank you so much for the warm hospitality – our stay was truly magical. Free parking We will definitely come back!

The staff were really good and Friendly the manager couldn’t do enough and reception staff really helpful.. the pool area nice and sun beds really comfortable .. Been able to use Lindos Imperial was great the food was really good. The drinks could have been better.. Larger was okay sports was local and pump coke a bit flat.. but the food and place really good..

MAGIC views and MAGIC ROOM! I got upgraded to amazing suite

The staff were very friendly and offered us a more comfortable room on a higher floor, which we greatly appreciated. The room was spacious, with large glass doors spanning the entire wall and leading to the balcony, making the space bright and airy. The view from the balcony was lovely, overlooking the surrounding area, and the room was filled with plenty of natural light throughout the day. The beds were quite comfortable, and the air conditioning worked very efficiently, keeping the room cool. The kitchen area had a stovetop and a refrigerator, both of which worked as expected. The entire room was exceptionally clean, and the linens and towels were immaculate. Daily cleaning and room refreshment were offered to guests, which was a nice touch!
