Very king woman - owner, who is taking care about guesthouse. She and her son have this guest house. Guesthouse is very clean, I had very big room and got that money value is more then enough. She treated me with tea and some sweat staff, later I ordered lunch and OMG, for me alone she did such a full table of Georgian good. Everything was so tasty and natural, from her garden and farm: eggs. We had work event in nearly winery and in winery was booked all room, so for 1 night we was looking a place the to stay. Around winery wasn’t any guesthouse, so we toked this. Review was 7.5, so we afraid a little bit, but it’s really better - it schools be 9 at least. We will come back again if would be some with situation and need to stay somewhere.

Incredible Georgian hospitality, superb location close to Tbilisi, excellent winery with a wealth of knowledge and experience, amazing wines, fantastic wine tasting with our host Giorgi, beautiful garden and pool, delicious foods. Giuaani came at the end of our 2 week holiday, and it was the cherry on top. It surpassed all our previous (Georgian) accomodations, wineries and restaurants. Thank you for creating this magical place!

Peaceful boutique hotel conveniently located in Kakheti region, with comfortable rooms and lovely views of the surrounding countryside. The owners and the staff are extremely welcoming, they all make any possible effort to make their guests feel comfortable and leave with a pleasant memory of the overall stay. They also organize extra activities so anyone can make the most from staying here. We cannot recommend enough to book also the dinner here, it will be a feast with abundant and delicious georgian food! Breakfast is satisfying and tasty as well, the women who run the kitchen are a force of nature!

Probably the most unique place I stayed for many years. This is the best place for nature lovers. The house is in a very small village (10 houses) that is situated on a top of a ridge. If you are looking for peaceful and charging the battery in your head and body, this is the place to be for several days. Also the host is wonderful person who makes his best to host you. BTW He is living in Tbilisi and the entiy house (2 big cosy bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom) is only for you. Also there is a big yard attached the nature. This house isn't for someone who is looking for luxury. It's for someone who is looking for healing and charging his soul...

We really enjoyed our stay here for the two nights. Very comfortable, beautiful scenery and a fabulous location for escaping the busy city. The reception staff were extremely helpful and did everything possible to accommodate us and make our stay as comfortable as possible. The evening meal was delicious, very fresh and responsibly priced. Breakfast was also fabulous. Highly recommend this hotel, probably our favourite hotel during our time on Georgia.

Everything is so good..our host is also so kind and she offered us coffee with some Walnut and when we leave, we had no time to have a coffee, but she was so concerned about us and gave us some hot cakes right after baking them.

Lovely hosts. Very kind, friendly and helpful. Location is ideal, on a quiet street but very near to the centre of Telavi and you can walk to anywhere in the town easily. Great view of the mountains from the garden. Room was also great. All the facilities you could need ( cooking, washing machine, dining area etc) are available. Very stylish and attractive place too.
