Travelling with young children is always stressful at times but the staff were very understanding and helpful. At breakfast a staff member asked if any of us had dietary requirements and after being told a member of the family has coeliac disease we were provided with a booklet showing all the foods ingredients and were able to request gluten free toast without being made to feel like a burden. Had everything we needed to cook and catered for our two young kids. Hot tub was a lovely touch, even in the snow! Speaking of the bad weather - the cottage was lovely and warm the whole time! Location is great, 20-30 minutes drive to Beechenhurst, Puzzlewood and other attractions.
