The hosts were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The apartment had a homely feeling, and just a short journey to both the Harry Potter studios and Watford town.

Before travelling to the apartment, we received notice from the owner explaining how to get there. Although we didn't meet in person, we felt welcome already. The arrival was as expected and the apartment was very clean and comfy. Especially the deep pile carpet was pleasant to walk on. The kitchen came with all appliances and we cooked both dinner as an all English breakfast ourselves. A convenience store was conveniently just around the corner. The evening before visiting the Harry Potter studio by foot, we watched one of the films upping the anticipation.

The manager, James, could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, and everything was done with a cheery smile. Accommodation was well appointed, clean with great amenities.

Cliveden is stunning- like a mini Blenheim Palace! This was my “ Duchess moment “. Better than expected. Staff were excellent and eager to assist. Breakfast was superb and the dining was a very enjoyable experience. The French Room is stunning. The grounds are unbelievable! Great place to go walking with fantastic rural and river views.
