Exceptionally warm welcome and help from the staff following an extremely wet arrival after Storm Boris. Boiler room was turned over to a drying room and being able to put dry clothes on was a great help. To little effect in the end as Storm Boris was still there the following day!

The stay was amazing! The room was located in the middle of the city with quick access to all the infrastructure you'd need on your trip. Host was kind and helpful.
