I had an excellent experience with my stay! it felt a lot like home, the Hostess was very Kind and generous, she had upgraded our stay to a beautiful suite! the Breakfast was amazing, the room was dreamy! excellent friendly service that made me want to go there again! I appreciated the traditional Swiss feel & design about the hotel. And the Hostess was very caring to provide the best service, it was an excellent experience overall!

Great facility’s, the kitchen is well equipped and the whole apartment is very clean . You feel as if you are at home, one of the most beautiful villages I have visited in Switzerland. You can sleep in complete peace and there is also fresh air

The hotel is centrally located and very close to the main train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful with luxurious bathroom and toiletries. The included breakfast was amazing! I wish I could have stayed longer!

Muna and Lucien were extremely kind and nice with me and my daughter. They cared about every detail and made us feel as comfortable as possible. They even got some toys for my daughter so she could have something to play with during our stay. The breakfast was delicious and there were lots of options to choose. Everything was perfect. Clean, spacious, quiet, well equipped, easy access and flexible check-in /out time when feasible. Location was perfect for us as we were visiting our daughter who stays at nearby student residence , but it was also very convenient for Bern center: the station is 5 minutes away by foot and you get to Bern main station, which is in the very center of the city, within minutes (trains are very frequent). Transport around Bern is cost free for guests during the complete stay , using the Bern app and a code for every guest which you get from the appartment owner.
