I had absolutely no problem whatsoever in getting my coffee maker changed out to what I had pods for. From the front desk staff all the way to house keeping and maintenance, exceptional, curtious and helpful. Their objective was the satisfaction of their guests. The place was full of competitors crazy busy, the staff was not phased in the least. Their game was in full view. Thank you. 5 stars plus!

The host Alfred was always willing to answer all my questions before booking. He was so kind to help make the rental low-scent/non-scent due to my fragrance sensitivity and allergies before we arrived. The rental is exactly as shown on the website. Exceptionally clean and perfectly stocked. It was a half hour drive to Sherkston Shores, and 20 min to Niagara Falls. Walmart was 10 min away. Area is quiet so always got a good night’s sleep. The house is clean and lovely. We enjoyed the indoors sitting. As it was raining, we didn't get a chance to sit on the deck. The breakfast with the fresh fruit is a nice extra.
