The room is very comfortable and spacious. I had a room facing the park. However the light shine so bright during the day that you barely get to enjoy the view, but it was still a good view. The restaurant serves yummy food and was a good place to sit and get some work done. The location is about 20 minutes walk to Nizami Street but it felt safe to walk day or night.

The exceptional service provided by Elchin and Djafar truly made my stay truly memorable. From the moment I arrived, Elchin greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile. He was incredibly helpful, assisting with my check-in and ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. His attention to detail and knowledge about the hotel amenities truly impressed me. Throughout my stay, Djafar went above and beyond to ensure that I had a fantastic experience. His professional and friendly demeanor made me feel right at home. Whether it was making restaurant recommendations, arranging transportation, or attending to any requests or inquiries I had, Djafar executed everything flawlessly. Both Elchin and Djafar really understand the meaning of exceptional service. They were always ready to assist, anticipating my needs before I even had to ask. Location, Very helpful staff, feeling like you are at own home, was given biggest room while check in, excellent transfer, free very early check in, great breakfast, i don.t know why many people commenting poor breakfast, but as per me it was great, healthy! Only positive memories!! Location is amazing, you can get whatever you need, gym, shops 24/7, gym 20 manat JFYI, approx 12 USD with sauna, will definitely stay here once will be back!

Hotel personnel was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast is amazing and the room much bigger than expected. Very comfortable. I happened to lose my wedding ring and the crew found it and returned it to me a couple of days later without any issue. Location is excellent, very close to city center.

The hotel staff is extremely polite and nice, they do their best to make your stay perfect. The breakfast is super good with a rich selection of food. Everything is very clean, and you always smell a nice odour on the corridors. Bed is very comfortable, room is spacious. The hotel is furnished with a very good eye to the details.

Beautiful, well equipped, not crowded , very comfortable for any type of group travelling, we were there with our 4yo and it was very pleasant The breakfast buffet is spectacular, with caviars and etc local specialties, as well as good coffee. The lounge restaurant open 24hr is the best as they cook you whatever from the menu very fast, you can choose the seat at the table or sofa, the service is impeccable, even when my daughter fell asleep before the soup arrived, she kept sleeping on the sofa for 2hrs and then served a soup😂😂
