Fabulous old heritage building, but modern comforts and conveniences. Easy check-in, slow-combustion fire in lobby and restaurant, just great. Pretty comprehensive (and complimentary) continental breakfast was much appreciated. Excellent value for money. Great to see the enthusiasm with which the family runs this iconic place.

We loved the proximity to the Wade Hotel with its excellent family meals. The apartment was well-equipped and provided all the comforts of home. The peaceful environment was a great plus while still being close to local amenities and attractions.

Rose went above and beyond to help me out as I had to take an extra child with me last minute so she upgraded my room to a king (thank you Pablo).
Very friendly staff and a complimentary breakfast to top off our stay.

I've stayed here a few times, and so has my family. Always a wonderful stay, so clean and tidy. Feels like home away from home, which is exactly what my young family needs. Always have a great nights sleep here as the beds and bedding are so soft and comfy.
