I couldn't give the entire team from this park more praise, they went above and beyond to accommodate my family. The park itself is lovely and quiet, permanent residents and guests were very friendly and the Quenda's (NOTE TO ANYONE WHO HAS NEVER SEEN THEM BEFORE THEY ARE NOT RATS) are lovely to see. The Chalet was spot on, not a single complaint. As I don't drive only my partner, getting an uber to the park was very quick, and convenient when I needed to go out alone. The one concern that was raised after hours was acted on immediately. Overall I want to say thankyou to all the staff at the park for going above and beyond for my family.

The staff was incredibly friendly and exceptionally helpful. Despite our late arrival, they showed up within minutes, offering valuable information and demonstrating remarkable flexibility, which was a huge relief since I was traveling with my four-year-old son. It was an overall wonderful experience; I booked last minute as my travel plans changed. I was told that it is peak season and that all worthwhile accommodation would be booked up, so I really did not expect much. But I was so impressed with location, room and the bonus for me was the wonderful outside pool and jacuzzi area, location close to the airport, it gave me a feeling that I was in a resort rather than a hotel in the middle of town. The staff were all amazing. They made you feel like a millionaire. Greeted with respect and kindness. The room was amazing, we didn't have to ask for more of this or that because the room was already sufficiently stocked and clean. The breakfast was by far the best we have had our entire trip to Perth. The room service menu was so good we had it for dinner. Next time we will pre book the restaurant. Definitely a big must stay place
