    Very kind hosts that welcomed us. They were easy to contact before and during our stay, they know the area well. We stayed in the Family appartment which was spacious and clean and had mountain views from the windows and from a balcony. There were two badrooms with showers and three toilets, a large family kitchen and a living aera. We enjoyed it very much.

    Excellent hospitality offered by Valder Family. Very clean and cozy apartment, fully equipped with everything one would wish for vacation. Very easy communication with our host, who was genuinely interested to offer us the best stay experience. Good location, only 15 minutes drive to Kaprun Center.

    Excellent 1-night stay. Clean, cozy, great breakfast, perfect parking. Even though we´ve made a genuine mistake (booked only 1 bedroom apartment with only 1 king-sized bed for 2 adults and 2 children under 4), the host eventually understood our reasons (booking made it look like the room is bigger and allowed us to book it for 4 people) and was in the end very warm and helpfull.

    Was an amazing stay. I would say Niedernsill is an insider tip for families with small kids. Much cheaper skiing and much calmer. And if you have the chance to stay at this site, you will find a fully equipped charming house right next to the ski slope and plenty of toys for your kiddies. But best is the warm and friendly welcome from the host. Thank you. Tipp: Don't forget to reserve at a restaurant if you want to lunch or dinner. I suggest at Kröll in Niedernsill.
