The service was superb. We were staying on my wife's birthday the stuff surprised her with a cake and a greating card. The pool was very nice. Very good breakfast . Location of the hotel is great.

It is a fantastic hotel. They think about everything you may need when travelling with small kids. However the staff at the restaurant was the top. Such a friendly team running with hot plates among kids everywhere and still with a smile on their face. Wow! Food was absolutely delicious. We will hopefully arrive again.

    Quite, clean and affordable apartments at Flachau with really nice view. Basement & outside kids play areas are great add-on for families. Andreas is really super host, his breakfast is delicious with varieties of breads, cheese and fruits.

    Everything was perfect - from host amability with the key even we arrived late, big room equiped with everything you need, warm, very good bed, and in very good state, very clean, quiet, very good ski storage room, nice view from the window. For families with small children: there are poneys at the property, and for adults: there are horses for a walk. We would like to come back soon :)

    The apartment was at the perfect place (close to the Star jet), very nice and comfortable with nice view. We also loved the sauna and playroom for the kids (very convenient in bad weather). You can find here everything you need for a nice family vacation in the mountains. The owner is very kind and sweet! We liked our stay here very much.

    The hotel offers a good option for families. We have 4 children 1/4/7/10 years old. The younger two were taken care of in the kids club allowing us to Ski which was so helpful. The staff were kind in the kids club and attentive. The food was delicious. Our room had a mezzanine was clean and modern. The outdoor pool was lovely and the kids pool my little ones loved.
