we had a lovely time in hoi an and especially in our hotel. The breakfast was good and they really took my celiac disease serious and prepared some glutenfree pancakes and breat for me which was the first time I experienced this in vietnam. The manager is so friendly and also the rest of the staff. We really loved it here. The hotel is outside of the city but you can get free bycicles and visit the city or go to the beach, it really takes a short time to get to the center or else you can take grabtaxi for 30k which is really affordable. Again a big thank you to ghe amazing stuff.

We loved the luxury of the property- it is thoughtfully designed:spacious rooms with a wonderful bathroom and lovely private outdoor shower. The bed was very comfortable with quality linen but and everything was crisp and clean. There location is perfectly placed right on the river. We ate on the restaurant patio as water buffalo crossed behind us. The pool is gorgeous and offers an infinity view to the river. The breakfast offered amazing choices each morning. There staff are lovely and absolutely committed to ensuring you have a wonderful stay with them. We were there over Christmas and appreciated the extra treats and Christmas cheer offered. huge thanks to Nee and all others in the team.

We recently stayed at this hotel, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and valued. Every team member we encountered was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They were always ready with helpful recommendations and made sure we had everything I needed, which made all the difference. And when I got sick they made rice and ginger tea for me. The room was absolutely amazing—spacious and impeccably clean. It was clear that great care was taken to ensure everything was in perfect condition. The bed was incredibly comfortable making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. One of the highlights of my visit was the massage session. The therapist was highly skilled and professional, creating a relaxing and rejuvenating experience that left me feeling completely refreshed. I even did my nails there. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with exceptional hospitality

Lovely boutique hotel. Great location (5mins walk to town). Its a new hotel (Apr 23) so everything is pristine, however all the staff are efficient and seem experienced, giving good service. would definitely recommend.
