Our family trip to Hanoi was truly a memorable experience, especially because we chose to stay at Sao Mai Boutique Hotel Hanoi. The very first impression upon entering the hotel was its spacious and beautifully designed lobby, which immediately gave us a sense of comfort and relaxation. The staff greeted us warmly with friendly smiles, making us feel welcome as if we were coming home. The check-in process was quick and professional, with no waiting time at all. The hotel staff carefully guided us through all the facilities and services available, and they even suggested popular sightseeing spots around Hanoi. During our entire stay, they were always ready to assist us whenever we needed – whether it was arranging transportation, recommending delicious local restaurants, or providing useful tips on must-visit attractions. We truly felt fortunate that on our very first trip to Hanoi, we had the chance to stay in such a luxurious hotel right in the heart of the capital. Its central location made it extremely convenient for us to explore the Old Quarter, Hoan Kiem Lake, and other cultural landmarks. Our room was spotlessly clean, fully equipped with modern amenities, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes that suited everyone in the family. This trip left us with many beautiful memories, and we are certain that on our next visit to Hanoi, Sao Mai Boutique Hotel will once again be our top choice for accommodation.

The apartment was perfect with everything on hand if you wished to cook. Numerous cafe's close by and a shopping mall within a 20 minute walk. The old quarter is only a 35,000vnd grab taxi away which I have stayed in many occasions. Glad I chose this apartment and the young lady on reception (Ngọc Anh) was extremely helpful many thanks. Overall worth every penny, from the housekeeping staff for the cleanliness to reception. See you again before and after my visa run.

Best thing is the location. Everything is at a walkable distance. The apartment is very clean and hygienic. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed as we travelled with kids and we had to cook. It's quite spacious and beautiful. The owner was very good and responded swiftly to every concern of ours. She was friendly and so cooperative. Totally a recommendable place when in Ha Noi.
