BREAKFAST was awsome, the pool really nice and quiet, the rooms were confortable, the stuff really friendly. Restaurant was tasty, Location was ok if you get there by car, very functional the direct access to the shopping mall. There was a really famous restourant just across the street (flor 40 th) but we didnt go there because we where travelling with small kids, but people really recomended it. Pets are allowed, we took out dog, 10/10 to this hotel.

The facility is perfect, the staff is friendly, all praise, if this is ever read by the owner of the hotel let the people raise the salary because there are no such friendly staff in much larger hotels

All the staff at the hotel are very, very friendly and fulfil your every wish with a smile. The rooms were meticulously cleaned every day and the ladies and gentlemen at the Polo Bamba Bar with the wonderful pool are just great. A big thank you to Carla and the guys there for our great evenings!
