The facilities, including the beautiful spa, outdoor hot tubs, fruit-infused water around the hotel and fresh cookies delivered every night with turn-down service were exceptional. The in-room fireplace and friendly concierge were a cherry on top of this whole unforgettable experience. The hotel is also perfectly located in the beautiful Vail village.

Beautiful Swiss ski chalet designed hotel with stunning location in the centre of town. The hotel had a heated pool and beautiful decor and we were made at home from the minute we walked in the door.
It was my husband’s birthday and the lady at reception treated us to free parking and an upgrade to the most amazing suite.

I love the staff. I found everyone very friendly and professional. The photos on Bookings.com didnt do it justice. Its even nicer in person. I also liked the complimentary coffee and flavoured water in the lobby. It was a nice added touch. Location was also perfect.
