Exceptionally clean and spacious room and bathroom. Nice and warm on a chilly spring night. Comfortable big bed with good quality sheets and pillow options.
Hotel seems well looked-after both in the rooms and in the common areas. Compared to other SF hotels, good value at $180/night.

The hotel was located right in the heart of downtown San Francisco right next to the Crocker Galleria. There was a very pleasant rooftop garden for hotel guests to explore. My room was very quiet even though it was in the city centre. There was free coffee and tea available in the lobby in the morning as well as a special happy hour from 5 to 6 pm every evening for drinks. Staff were always very friendly and helpful.

the hotel was very clean and nice ,just i found horrible san francisco as a city.
the hotel didn’t advise us that is dangerous to walk in some areas and by mistake we went directly there.It was super stressful and dangerous as there were so many homeless people which was looking like zombies,they were all drunk or on drug and the whole situation was super scary .The hotel is in safe area but i believe they have to advise the guests to avoid these dangerous streets .

I didn’t try breakfast at the hostel but from what I saw it was pretty typical breakfast meals that they offered. There are also an oven and a microwave to heat up your food

Breakfast exceeded our expectations! The hotel is central & close to the cable cars. The room was spacious and perfect for the 5 of us. The hotel is full of history on the walls. We stayed for a short stay, but it was pleasant :)
