The staff at the lobby when we got there were so helpfull! The buffette and staff in the morning were outstanding. The pool is big. The room was pleasant and comfortable, also with everything you need in the kitchen. The area is so beautiful! Cant wait to return!

The couch was big and you could lie down. The tv would rotate so you watch either in bed or on the couch.

I loved that it was clean and well kept. The staff was helpful and friendly. There was a restaurant and also full service coffee shop on site. The location along the river gave a great view from our room. I also appreciated how the staff quickly corrected a situation with our room that was a misrepresentation on booking.coms end.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very complete and delicious! The room was spacious, clean, beds were super comfortable. Location is great, right in Pearl District and really well connected to public transport system. Gym was functional and had the minimum necessary equipment. As in downtown Portland, you may see homeless people around, which can be a shock for someone new to the city, but didnt feel insecure at all in the hotel.
