I love this hotel. It is in a quiet neighborhood. Situated in the Upper West Side, you can enjoy brownstone houses, with their distinctive architectural style, often featuring pale facades with intricate detailing. Not to mention the Hudson River and its lovely views. The hotel staff is excellent!!!! Always ready to help you, whatever your need. Tea & coffee are provided in the morning. The hotel has a shared fridge where you can store your food, if you like. There is a small gym. A water dispenser is available for the guests, as well. Spotlessly clean. It was my 2nd stay in this hotel: I would choose it one and a thousand times. Thanks Riverside Hotel Staff!!!

Our stay at Broadway Plaza Hotel exceeded all expectations. We stayed in suite #1201 with a stunning view of the Empire State Building and a balcony. Beyond the exceptional cleanliness and room details like the fridge, in-room coffee, and sofa bed for a third guest, what made this experience unforgettable was the kindness of the staff. A special thanks to Mr. Brandon and Lazzano at the front desk, and to the housekeeping team for their flexibility and helpfulness, from arranging room service to extending our stay and helping us book a Broadway show. The staff was warm, professional, and made us feel truly welcome in New York. The hotel’s location in central Manhattan, steps away from the Flatiron and 10 minutes from the Empire, is unbeatable, with everything you need nearby. Don’t miss the great Mexican restaurant, Mamazul, just downstairs. Highly recommend!
