Great stay, everything was clean and comfortable and exactly what we expected. Location was good, several coffee shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. Bed was comfortable and kitchen was nice!

First of all, the stay was absolutely great. The apartment is very comfortable. It has a living room with a kitchen and a bedroom with a bathroom. It has everything you'd need for living: a large bed and a wardrobe, and each room has its own A/C and ceiling fan. In the living room, you have a sofa, armchair, TV, and dining table with 4 chairs. There were 14 (!) velvet anti-slipping hangers in the closet. The kitchen has everything you need to eat and cook: a gas oven, fridge, microwave, coffee/tea machine, complete set of tools, knives, forks, spoons, etc., and the dishwasher. There is a large sink with a waste chopper. Everything was absolutely clean, with no dust, even on the other side of the ceiling fan and not under the bed. In fact, most of the things were brand new. The facility is open since 2023. Many things in the apartment were visibly never used. The location is very convenient. It is close to the museum district. Within walking distance, you have Menil's collection, Houston Center for Photography, Rothko Chapel, St Thomas University with its famous St Basil Chapel, and many art galleries. The Museum of Fine Arts is a 20-minute walk or a 6-minute drive. Three restaurants are right next door: The Roasted Coconut, Pizza House, and Vietnamese Cousine. Starbucks is a 7-minute walk to the west. Black Hole Coffee is a 7-minute walk to the east. H-E-B grocery store is a 7-minute walk to the northwest, and it has an EV charging station close to it. Amazon pick-up station is a 2-minute drive to the North at Westheimer, or you can order right to the doorstep — just mention the unit number. The host was very responsive and courteous. They responded to my messages promptly, answered questions, and helped with every request. Again, the stay was absolutely great. The location is great, and I loved the apartment's privacy and fresh style. I especially appreciated the absolute cleanliness.

This is the 4th time I stay at the hotel. I like very much!

Super comfty and overall clean… had great location for those planning to have activities near downtown… management was super kind and available to support us all the time.

great, I liked everything. I arrived on April 20. I was very tired from the road and arrived at 2p.m. and they checked me in right away! It's great. The woman who was at the reception then gave me the key and wished me a good rest. In the evening there was a man at the reception who helped me sort out the towels from the pool and gave me ice. They are great! Very friendly! I would like to separately thank these two people who were at the reception on April 20. I hope the management will read my review and thank them from me, they are wonderful! The hotel is close to the place I needed so I think that is good.

Locality, big rooms, comfortable bed, super breakfast, staff lovely! Reception checkin and checkout staff wonderful!
