The location is perfect, could not be better. The area is very safe. There is a restaurant next door serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, there is a small convenience store / bakery also next door. The property is very secure, also has night time security personnel. The pool and hot tub were lovely. It is within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions and shopping and restaurants.

It’s an excellent hotel! Very comfortable, clean, spacious. Features a nice gym + swimming pool The views to the city were amazing! (South tower, north side view, 29th floor for me made it) I didn’t try the breakfast, so no comments there. The restaurants just in the ground floor were very good and good prices. The mini market offers a good variety of things. Connected to the expo from the inside. I went for the marathon and the hotel organized a free shuttle bus to the start line (or close to, in fact) as the hotel is around 2,5km away from it.

Firstly Its in perfect location You can walk every where or get taxi for a cheap price because Its so close to The main things what is MUST do/see in Chicago We had a beautifull wiev from The 18th Floor and also swimingpool was open what is very rare every where as they closing normaly for a seson . Seriously everything was perfect was clean nice and cousy

Very close to Riverwalk and Magnificent mile by bus and subway. It was really safe.The room was very clean. Kitchen was great. Having washing and drying machines in the room is an additional advantage. It is a little close to railway but it didn't bother even me although I am a very sensitive person to noise. As a result I highly recommend this facility.
