Staff were very friendly, breakfast was good, nice big mugs in the room for making tea and coffee. Also we didn’t take advantage, but seemed that you could borrow lots of different equipment from the front desk if you needed to, things like steamers etc

Loved it, friendly comfy, they upgraded my room for free into a super nice room. Perfect all around. I was obsessed with my bathroom and the tub was quite large and I am about 5’8 and could pretty much stretch out fully.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. We went to stay there overnight because the typhoon knocked out the power at our house. The staff did everything they could to make sure we were safe and taken care of.
