When we travel, each of us brings personal expectations for our vacation. Whether these expectations align with reality often determines how happy we are with our stay. For our stay, we sought a relaxing atmosphere with the presence of other families, kid-friendly facilities, and a balance between quiet in the rooms when the kids slept and the option for some fun after 10 p.m. For dining, we hoped for a wide variety of high-quality food catering to different diets and cultural cuisines, with plenty of fresh produce. In terms of facilities and service, we wanted clean, cozy rooms, seamless service, beautifully maintained gardens, and thoughtful decor. You can see that every centimeter of the property is loved and cherished. Our experience was exceptional, and all of our expectations were fully met. We are looking forward to coming back to this place next year. Our expectations were exceeded in the following areas: the Kids Club, the Laser Show, and the relaxing atmosphere at the hotel, even when it was fully booked.

The hotel was fabulous, very high standard. Food excellent and a massive choice. The room was beautiful, big with everything you need. The pools fab and also the beach bar & restaurant area. The service in this hotel was impeccable and staff friendly whilst professional. I could write a book on how wonderful this hotel is at a very reasonable cost. wonderful hotel with prime sea view on Side beaches. the hotel and the rooms were very clean and pleasant. we booked the family suite, and it was worth it: separated room for kids, 2TVs, 2mini fridges with soft drinks that they get reloaded everyday, bathroom with Jacuzzi and shower. All the meals were great, with Snack and sandwitches available all day long for fussy eaters like my little one. there was not too much choices, but we loved the quality and the good presentation of the food. my kids enjoyed the kids club and my wife enjoyed the SPA. most of the stuff were smiling and welcoming and we appreciated the hospitality.
