This is perhaps the most friendly hotel we have ever stayed in - and we have stayed in many. It is like staying with friends rather than in a hotel. The young people running the hotel were so friendly and attentive to the needs of the guests without being formal.
Breakfast was very adequate and fresh fruit and coffee was available at any time during the day.
The staff were very helpful when we were selecting our excursions and restaurants.
The hotel is in a prime spot for the Sunday night markets which is an event not to be missed.

Everything. This hotel is an oasis on the centre of Chiang Mai. The staff were incredible (Fon, Beer and the manager Jon), nothing was to difficult and every request was delivered with a smile. The building has a lovely French colonial feel, with an impressive lounge and reception area adjacent to an incredibly relaxing pool.

The breakfast is awesome, we had breakfast near the pool which is nice.
Very impressed with this boutique hotel.
The hotel owner is a very friendly cheerful lady and the young lady reception staff is very sweet and helpful.
We even did try the Thai message which is a new experience for us.

Great location in old city, minutes to Wat Phra Singh and restaurants. New, clean, well presented rooms wuth large double bed and great rooftop pool with views over the city.
