My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is near to Masjidil Haram which makes it easy for us. Besides, the room is really comfortable and clean. All in all, we would definitely consider to stay at this hotel in the future.

The hotel is very nice, everything was clean, bed was super comfy and big. The staff is very kind and helpful. We did not try the shuttle bus and the breakfast, so I cannot rate these. Also, the location is good - around 15 minutes drive to haram and 10 minutes drive to the mall of Mecca. Around you can find one little grocery shop and a few restaurants.

Location was exceptional; was 10 times better than any clock tower related hotels. Didn't have to wait for elevators and walk right into al-Haram courtyard. Check-in Staff was exceptional.

We arrived slightly before 4pm and was greeted by Abdul Majeed. Being our first time at this hotel, we were mentally prepared for the long checking after reading reviews of other neighbouring hotels along the clock tower area. Alhamdulillah, check in was quick as there were no one else checking in at the reception. Abdul Majeed offered an upgrade and late check out which came as a surprise as we had booked this hotel at the very last minute (2 days before arrival) with not much room type selection. Location of the hotel to haram is directly accessible via escalators. Hotel lift comes very fast unlike some review from other hotels where lifts can get crowded during peak period. Bell boy service was prompt as well. Overall, We truly enjoy our stay and had a memorable stay in makkah. Insha Allah we will be back to stay for our next umrah. Well done to the hotel team.

I recently stayed at فندق كنانة العزيزية من سما مكة, and it exceeded all of my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making check-in a breeze. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with plenty of attractions within walking distance. I was truly impressed by the quality of service and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in town! Highly recommend!
