Room was big and clean.
There is a “mall” inside the hotel where you can find souvenirs and other things for a good price.
Free bus shuttle from hotel to haram and viceversa, the bus departs every 10 - 15 minutes // 24-7. Just fantastic!
I really enjoyed my stay there.

maybe one of the top hotels in Makkah, very friendly staff, very luxurious and spacious rooms. The hotel itself overlooks the Kaabah with some rooms having panoramic views. Def recommend
