my 2nd stay at the apartament (1st in 2022) and everything was perfect. Francisco and his wife are super friendly and interested in their guests needs. The apartament was clean and comfortable - when you stay from the street side it might be more noisy, but trams are not running during the night and ear-plugs are available (I didn't need them), and you have a unique chance to view the street life ;) Wifi connection is good, and kitchen nicely equipped. We had all we needed. A carafe of Port wine and fruits were awaiting us as a greeting gify, which was additional pleasant asset.

We loved the Casa do Arquiteto! The location was excellent, easy walking distance to much of Porto. The room was very clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Above all, the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and gracious. We would (check that...we WILL) stay there again the next time we visit Porto. Such an easy, wonderful place to stay. Well worth the price.
