Since the reservation step, everything went exceptional. They read all the messages via Booking and they made all my requests possible (early check-in, kettle request, etc.). The room was spacious, very clean, air condition working very well (both cold and hot options), a comfortable bed like you feel at home, TV with many international channels, a very very delicious breakfast with many options like a brunch rather than a breakfast. During my stay at the hospital, my luggage was kept in secure and on my return, I could again reserve a new room. And lastly, the location of the hotel is perfect. You take the Red/Vermelha line from the airport and the last stop "Sao Sebastiao" is in front of the hotel.

The staff at sublime were wonderful, friendly and very helpful. The rooms were first class and we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The bar and restaurant staff were very attentive and the cocktails were amazing.

The location was fantastic for me, as I worked at the National Library and the National Archives both within walking distance and a short metro ride. For the touristic center, a short metro ride was needed. The room was very spacious, the breakfast varied (although quite expensive), and the staff very professional.

Very helpful staff and very easy check-in and check-out process…would definitely recommend This place…We would love to stay here again if we come back to Lisbon…very Happy and satisfied from This hotel…😊😊😊😊😊
