First of all, we had such a warm greeting by the staff, especially Rosebie, she was responsible for taking good care of us. She did an excellent job making sure that we were having a great time and responded to our requests on WhatsApp almost instantly. Conditions and interior of each room and common space, balcony, infinity pool etc. were all so amazing. The view is great by the way. We constantly spoke about what great choice we made by booking here. Some reviews say that it is hard to find an e-trike, but Rosebie helped us reserve every time if we just request 30~45 mins in advance, so we had no trouble getting to Astoria in time for the island hopping or for just getting to dmall or checking out. Getting back also was not an issue as drivers all knew One Hagdan. Lastly I felt very bad because we lost the main door key.. but Rosebie handled the situation warmly.

We stayed for Christmas and the place was SO cute! Well decorated and very homely. Nice and clean, all the bits needed for cooking, even has a playstation and netflix, etc. set up with the tv. It also had a really good view from the lounge, bedroom & balcony which wasn’t done justice in the pics! It is a wee while from town, but the hop on, hop off bus goes from outside & was reasonably priced for a few day pass. Highly recommend.

The ambience of the hotel is very relaxing. And we did love it very much..we enjoyed every singe day we stayed at the hotel,, sadly it was short time but we are absolutely coming back again. - The stuffs are very nice and kind. Excellent and quiet place. Good information to take the Hop on hop off shuttle going all around the island, especially from Boracay jettyport to the Oceanway place. Very helpful.
